The picture of them inside the SES logo just makes it look overly crowded, would look much better without it. I'd maybe also look for a slightly better picture of them (or even use the one you have in the logo), or at least of Punk and darken up the background a bit... that weird design over Serena's head is really out of place. And yeah, scale down the size a bit.
