It's respectful to not do somebody's submission finisher, as it will deplete the emphasis and importance of it as a finisher if it's just a random move in someone else's arsenal.

You see people using the sharpshooter when Bret was wrestling in the WWF?

I don't think pro wrestling and etiquette go together in the same sentence and Neville isn't exactly on the same level as Bret Hart. Unless the move becomes synonymous with you, others can use it.

It's actually much more sensitive in Neville's case as he is being built as the face of a new, and heavily pushed division while in the midst of a repackage.
