I’m really not sure where you’re getting any of this.

Cultivating working relationship with all of the major companies, including somewhat of one with WWE and fixing a NJPW relationship that was deemed impossible at one point. Hiring the talent and more importantly the staff he did including other creative pieces and producers. Pushing for and executing the rebrand that gave them more buzz and PPV buys than they've had in years.

My whole point is that we all agree he was a great head of creative but we don't see the fruits of his labor as president. That's a more behind the scenes job.

And maybe Anthem isn't too thrilled to continually be looked at as inferior. Sure TNA worked with AEW. But AEW came in and made all their guys look inferior (Kenny never put over a TNA guy and lost the title on AEW TV not TNA/Impact TV). Then we get that borderline miraculous TNA/WWE thing, where Jordynne Grace looked good for 60 seconds before she was just another person in the rumble who had no eliminations and got eliminated. I haven't followed TNA or New Japan enough to know the levels of their partnership so I cannot speak to how well that is going.

We also don't know how much that rebrand cost, so sure there was more PPV buys but if it doesn't lead to a profit then it isn't good.

Again remember he was the president of a DIVISION of Anthem. That's a middle management position. He clearly had some issues where he couldn't get on the same page as management. And this dude that is coming in now can run the day to day operations and they can get someone in as head of creative.

So why couldn't they have merged the division with Anthem entertainment like they just did and his position change to head of creative instead? Doesn't seem like it was offered considering he was terminated and didn't step down....even though they lied to talent and said he did

The company goes from a place wrestlers take pay cuts to stay at because they love it so much to one where they're already trying to figure out how to get out of their contracts in one day. You’d think they would have unless he wasn’t interested, but some of the reports indicated they didn’t like how Scott was handling the creative side, too. The promos and whatnot.

Yea... also there is absolutely no need to defend Anthem in this at all. The fact alone that they told Talent Scott stepped down, while everyone knows he was fired by them tells pretty much the biggest chunk of the story.

Of course, if he did anything that warranted this, that would be a different story and then you can start defending Anthem, but the facts we do have at the moment are there.

If your boss came to you and said you're fired as this high level executive job do you want this much less paying job? That's a very hard pill to swallow, they thought it best to just rip off the band aid.

Yea... Anthem is just pissy about Scott not praising them in all the passionate promos he held. How dare he praising the fans who stuck with the company through thin and thick and the talent in the locker room who kept working through the darkest of times for the company to entertain YOUR FUCKING TARGET AUDIENCE.
