Don't know what this is but I like it, colors are good, lighting is okay (could be better/sharper) - looks a little washed out but good none the less. You've been getting better!!!

Some of it is off focus by that I mean It is sharp on the corners and looks blurred around others.The character could of been blended better you can see some matting on the edges.I would use High pass filter to sharpen it as snacks said.It would look better without the border or maybe just change the color of it,remember a border is to add contrast or depth.I like the colors and effects, text is fine.
