Brock Lesnar vs John Cena vs Seth Rollins- Possibly Lesnar turns on Cena and lets Rollins pin Cena and shocks everybody with the question WHY?
Or the Authority would cause Lesnar and Cena the title by Paul Hetman betraying Lesnar
Or Cena may pin Lesnar and Seth Rollins gives a quick croc stomp and wins the Heavyweight Championship.
Whatever happens the Authority has chosen Seth Rollins as their Champion.

Lesnar is retaining the title, fo sho.

Rollins will try to cash in after the match, but he'll be stopped by either Cena/Sting/Orton. Fine by me, as long as the match never officially starts and he'd still have the MITB contract.

I'm going with Bryan as the Rumble winner.

Although, Reigns is another possibility. If someone other than Bryan or Reigns won the Rumble, I'd be shocked, as much as pleasantly surprised.

But we'll see, though.
