I'm a SCSA mark but this is a heel competition and SCSA wasn't very good as a heel and found it hard to get over, where as Punk could play a heel at any time and could play it perfectly and draw heat. So my vote goes to Punk.

Austin was also great as Stunning Steve which should also be brought up but I'm going with Punk who just seems to be more of a heel guy in the end.
