Ted DiBiase gets my vote. He had an evil gimmick with a great attitude to match, who can forget that laugh..

Pillman was good but nowhere near Dibiase as a heel. The Million Dollar Man may be the greatest gimmick ever. People thrived on hating him.

Pillman was amazing and revolutionary but DiBiase was arguably the Heel of the 80's (although Hennig, Flair, and Rude deserve credit too). DiBiase here.

I just had to go with Pillman. The sky was literally the limit for him but his early passing prevented us from seeing how truly awesome he would have been. But from what was seen... he was just too good.

Million Dollar man gets my vote. If I made a top 10 heels of all time list he'd be in it.

I guess I'll side with Ted here but maybe only because we never got to see Pillman peek as a heel.

Went with Ted DiBiase because he was a top heel for a longer period of time Pillman may have been a good heel but never had the opportunity to show what level he could reach.

His run in ECW showed his potential. Without having a single match he had all three big promotions wanting to sign him. How much more potential can a guy show than to have ECW, WCW, and WWF all wanting to sign you just from your character and not even competing in a single match?

He had everything necessary to be huge.

While Pillman was great as the Loose Cannon, Dibiase was one of the most consistant and unique heels in history, so good at others look good too.

this wouldnt even be close if pillman lived 5 more years i think he would have been one of the all time great heels, but as it stands im voting for dibiasi just because how great his gimmick was and how he made virgil rub his feet lol.

I absolutely love Brian Pillman, but there is no way I can vote for him when he's up against one of my all time favorites, Ted Dibiase.

Dibiase should win this whole thing as far as I am concerned.
