Jesse Ventura gets my vote, could never picture Al Snow as world champ and I doubt Shelley ever will be.

I think Ventura slips by here. Didn't Ventura/Snow move on because of a tie? Looks like Ventura is favored now.

Just think Ventura fits better as a heel headliner. The other two are both talented guys, but really excell better in the midcard ranks.
