Piper, not really a tough choice at all as I never was a big Kevin fan, Kerry overshadowed him.

Piper, but you know he is one of the ones who proved that in many ways a belt is just a tool to get a guy over, and that if you have enough talent you really don't a title. Proof was with his IC Title reign, Piper was no more over as a result of it. Hot Rod is one of the all time greats, World Title or not.
