Owen Hart for me but I wouldn't say it was by a long shot.
Liked Bossman, good big guy, but Owen by a lot.

^^Loved '99 Bossman, but no contest against Owen Hart.
Can't agree with that Bossman was a far better heel in the late 80's, and was a good in ring talent in the 90s too.
Suprised that is not close, in his prime Boss Man could have been a fine World Champion, but since I have to pick one I do think Owen was better on the mic and maybe had more veserility overall so I voted the Rocket, he had a fine career, just falling a bit short of the top. R.I.P. to both.
