Both are hit and miss really, voted Douglas because he has more memorable promos even if they're just 'cause he says fuck a lot.

Douglas promos always seemed too forced to me. Like Kane on the mic he was really good post the mask coming off.

Shane Douglas had some great promos early in his career but overall I think that Kane edges it. His promo work after the mask came off has been strong even if it is a bit repetitive.

If you are a massive ECW fan and ignore everything else, it's Douglas by a country mile, as Keith likes to say but Douglas was awful outside that realm. Once he couldn't use whatever language he pleased he couldn't talk. Because I am an ECW fan, I'll go with the Franchise. Kane isn't all that bad but he's not memorable either. Shane had a few that were.
