Oh damn. This one is almost a perfect match up. Two basic moves that two stars turned into something Special. No one did a clothsline like JBL but Edge had something special with the spear. Very rarely can a smaller superstar pull off a good looking, convincing Spear, but Edge did it for years. Gotta give it to him.

Another one I don't find close. JBL Owned that Clothesline.

Clothesline From Hell for me. The momentum that JBL would get up after hitting the ropes and launching into the move made it look brutal.

Great match up but Edge's Spear gets this one for me. His taunt before it even has a big credit.

Crap matchup for me... Edge had the 3rd best spear (behind Goldberg and Rhino) and the clothesline from hell was just another JBL excuse to work uber stiff (and Stan Hansen's lariat is better)... went JBL because the 2nd best clothesline beats the 3rd best spear....

Sort of agree with you, think you are being a bit harsh on Edge mind. Two decent basic moves which can come out of nowhere. I voted the Spear.

Edge had one of the weakest spears ever. Give me Goldberg or Rhyno over him any day.

I've always loved the CFH though. Even before he became JBL, I used to love watching him do it when he was Blackjack Bradshaw. Very few people threw a better lariat than him.
