Couldn't stand Johnny B Badd but it's Booger. Mike Shaw got the awful Normal the Lunatic gimmick over in WCW and they gave him this.

Yeah, Mike Shaw was given a handful of bad gimmicks in his day but Bastian Booger was the worse. Solid wrestler for his size, though.
