I can’t see Tony not having the chance to say that he honored Jay on this event, but I wouldn’t be shocked if he doesn’t either. I think it’s a good story to give the belt to Mark on the anniversary but I don’t necessarily think Mark is a world champion.

But seriously I do think my main criticism of his ROH booking since taking over is outside of that Jericho run that was more experimental (but not risky), he's booked way too safe with ROH, especially champions. They aren't on TV and probably won't be anytime soon, they aren't selling PPVs anymore. It's time to get weird and let's do some out there shit (that's hopefully also good)
