I just read that

1) the iPPV stream managed to hold up, which is a good thing for ROH

2) a certain luchador look's to be on his way back to ROH, and could possibly be the guy to dethrone Steen as ROH Champ

3) I do hope Steen does get a new title as the current one does suck compared to the original

The stream was great, cut out at the start like twice for 10 seconds then it was smooth from there on.

OH SHIT! Definitely not the ending I was expecting, looks like a great show overall. How long did the main event get, anyone know?

Apparently the main event went just over half hour. 31:33 is what i've just seen as the official match time

Same time I've seen. Lethal/Richards was the second longest going around 23 and a half minutes. All the matches got good time except for the Thomas/Rhino match, which I can see why. ROH is so high on this Thomas guy, I just don't really see much in him. He has a very unique wrestling style, but it just doesn't make much sense why he'd do half the stuff he does during a match. Listening to Kelly & Nigel put him over like a God is hilarious too.

Aaaaand my interest is back.

After the Death Before Dishonor disaster I decided to take a break from them. Their cheap booking, stale storylines and unbelievably bad PR (among other things) just turned me off them. I had a feeling this stream would be fine, but I just didn't think they deserved any of my money (and they still don't, I'll probably watch the replay for free somewhere).

But, this upcoming storyline has gotten me interested again. It's amazing to think how fresh this Steen/Generico is, even in 2012. It really is a credit to both how well they work together, and how well the entire thing has been booked.

Watched the PPV last night, and I was very impressed. Elgin/Steen was EASILY match of the night and ROH's match of the year. I don't rate Lethal/Richards as high as I've seen some, still thought it was good, but Richards just pisses me off, so it's hard for me to like any of his matches. Edwards/Cole was another great match. Things are looking up for Final Battle.

Honestly, I don't think it was the best iPPV they've ever done. I really enjoyed the main event, and loved the ending to close off the show, but the rest of the show was hit and miss for me.

While it had a very good TV title match and a fun opener, it also had a poor tag team match (WGTT vs. Titus/Whitmer) and a pretty overrated match in Lethal/Richards to drag it down as well.

No doubt a promising sign of things to come, but I still don't think it was the most solid of shows.
