Because Ricky Marwin is next to a fricking legend in Mexico and Japan and a special guest. Special guests don't lose unless it leads to something like a feud. And this is a one off.
They flew Ishamori in for Border wars and TV tapings and he lost albeit the first match. Though Strong will almost certain lose.
