Ring of Honor has just announced that Samoa Joe will be live in Las Vegas for their 13th anniversary pay-per-view on Sunday night. They wrote the following on ROHWrestling.com:

We have just received word that Samoa Joe will be in LIVE in Las Vegas at the Orleans Hotel & Casino this Sunday night.

He has something to say, and wants the world to hear it.
