I watched a video the other day that talked about how well Arthur did at this. It mainly covered the 9/11 episode where they did one that was a school fire, but you could tell the undertone of it was how people handled 9/11 and everything. Even tho is is by the 2000s, it started during the 90s and is one of the last true shows to actually teach kids stuff like these things and now to handle stuff.
