With the SRS tweet Dale added, I'm thinking it might not be this drastic after all and they might just be heavily restructuring how they handle contracts maybe?
Possibly, but if that's the case I hope we hear about them locking people back down or you're gonna lose them to other options.

Between this and the Facebook message talking about not returning until April, it just looks bleak to me.

If I'm AEW or Impact, I'm racing to secure that video library. AEW could use it to start a streaming service, and Impact could use it bolster theirs.

Never too early to start talks in case ROH never comes back. Don't let WWE get it.

So it's not like the whole roster is now free agents at this very moment. They still have until the end of the year. I am glad that they are giving the wrestlers plenty of "heads up" about this, even though I am sure that it sucks for them.

To me ROH has needed a "refresh". I don't know if letting talent go is smart because they have some good talent but things needed to change. ROH 2.0 here we come!

Hopefully someone other than WWE buys that library if it gets sold. Obviously AEW could use a lot from it based on who is on their roster now (The Elite, CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Eddie Kingston, etc.). Hopefully Jay Lethal gets booked on AEW TV eventually. To me that guy deserves recognition on a big platform again before he retires.

Damn, that's sad. I actually just got in to ROH recently as many people know on here. A lot of good talent there and I really enjoyed their weekly shows that I've seen, the wrestling was great.

Their library is definitely a grab. Some of those classic matches are absolute quality, stacked rosters too.

They say they'll be back for Supercard of Honor and I assume that is true. Guessing they come back with a very different roster, but hopefully the stalwarts like Gresham, Young and Lethal and the most promising of the "new blood" like Hot Sauce and Woods return at least. Hopefully they take this opportunity to give their presentation a fresh coat of paint and upgrade their TV format a little to make it seem a bit more substantial.

I think ROH could benefit from something like this. It does remind me a lot of the many retoolings of TNA over the years, which didn't help them much at all, but I think ROH right now has much less to lose than TNA did back when it left Spike and totally switched up its branding.

And in the back of my mind I almost wonder if SBG just doesn't want to keep paying for empty arena shows so they want to pause things for several months in hopes that they can go back to having shows without all the red tape they're having to deal with right now, once they are relaunched.
