Not to sound like an heartless ass, but Top Dolla getting let go is a bit funny since he was everywhere for WWE and defending them and even did their show on A&E, and then gets canned. Just a bit funny
I keep saying this too, Im not trying to be an asshole. if you guys that like wwe want things to change the only solution is to stop watching and make them lose money on their next tv deal :draper2 . harsh but its reality, if you watchtheir programlegally, you are in fact actively supporting this company and behavior. simple as that
Even if a quarter of people quit watching, it wouldn't change anything in/at WWE, and even if people did that would imply that they have morals and stand by them. Which let's be honest, is something only a fool would do because if you are upset by this, but use a mac computer that was built in horrible conditions, then you are just a major hypocrite, which I can understand. WWE will never change and there is no point in trying to make it because that would be the same idea as a multi-million dollar corporation giving a shit about it's workers, when we know they don't. Do I like what WWE does and how they release people. No, but I know a good part of them will fine work or just go back being normal joes/susies. Then again, what do I know I am just a fool living in the past

I disagree, less numbers = less tv deals and it can be a hell of a lot more than 1/4. there is a point to make them change because they still have the talent to do good things and ppl want to see that talent succeed. sometimes something needs to die to be born again, and again if raw gets to sub million they are eventually going to become a colder, lesser wanted product and theres much more chances of it changing then throwing up your arms, saying oh well, and still tuning in every damn night like a bunch of brain dead zombies (no offence to those who do, its frustrating to comprehend at times)

and not everything has to be extremes and black and white either, you can in fact not support wwe and buy other things that may be sketchy, no consumer is expected to be 100% perfect in their ethical decisions. doesn't mean you should never make an effort, that's loser mentality to me :draper2

Mean, either way the conversation can go different ways. People will support their favorite thing to the death because it part of the natural tribalism in our mind. Reason, why I hate majority of wrestling fans because of the whole us v them mentality, which is in every company. So while you may not agree with what they do, like them releasing so many people and all, you will continue the support and so because it is your tribe as psychologist/social psychologist will say. At the end of the day, if people want to boycott WWE and quit watching them then fine, I couldn't care less or if people want to boycott AEW and quit watching them then fine, again I couldn't care less because at the end of the day nothing will change or if it does it will be minor and things go back as usual

Oh this company just gets funnier and funnier. And btw I kind of have stopped watching lmao. I don’t really watch the weekly shows religiously anymore. I just read the results online and watch the PPVs.

This company is a fucking joke at this point and just runs on autopilot and they’re too big to fail. Sad but true. They’re never gonna give a shit about their talents and idk why anyone would want to work there at this point.

If we’re talking about things changing, the only way that would happen is if all employees threatened to walk. Can’t have a wrestling company if you don’t have wrestlers
