Upload it to Facebook or Imageshack, then use [ img ]imageurlhere[/ img ] If it's too big put it in spoilers. which I believe is [ spoiler ]thingsyouwanttospoilerhere[/ spoiler ].

(remove the spaces either side of the Spoiler/Img things.)
