Okay...so upon actually thinking about the situation...there is a problem...
Lets divide the RAW Women's Roster into the roles they currently play:
Faces:
Bayley
Sasha Banks
Heels:
Alicia Fox (last seen actively fighting Bayley so heel)
Charlotte
Dana Brooke
Nia Jax
Unknown:
Emma(lina) ~ last seen as (and still most likely still) a Heel
Paige ~ Inactive ~ last seen as a Face
Summer Rae ~ Inactive ~ last seen as a Heel
Tamina ~ Last seen as a Heel
So...when you actually take a step back...the problem is too many heels
not enough faces. The SmackDown Women's Roster is a lot more even
with a balance between the light & dark sides.
So...if they turn Sasha heel (which I actually want) that would leave Bayley
alone as the only face...and that just won't work. I doubt any of the current
heels could be turned face with any success because lets be honest...no
one cares about Alicia Fox & Dana Brooke and Charlotte & Nia Jax are best
left as heels.
Basically...if they turn Sasha heel it limits the stories they can tell and the
matches they can have...and the RAW women's division is already limited
enough as it is.
The only way they could possibly fix this is trading Dana Brooke & perhaps
Tamina to SmackDown for Naomi & Carmella.
Naomi works well as a face feeling the glow and Carmella is actually a close
friend of Bayley's from their NXT days. Plus it would allow Carmella to reunite
with Enzo & Big Cass and strengthen them as a unit before they finally get a
tag team title run.
With Naomi & Carmella in place...Sasha could then turn heel and not leave
Bayley stranded alone as Miss Only Face on the Brand.
Now that Bayley has become the #1 contender to Charlotte's title. Charlotte is most likely gonna retain at Royal Rumble against Bayley. I do believe Bayley is getting the same push as Daniel Bryan got at Wrestlemania XXX. I'm guessing she's gonna have to compete in another #1 contender match. Probably happening at Fastlane since that will the RAW brand's next PPV before Wrestlemania. Bayley will win the match again. Causing WWE to plant the seeds even more for a Sasha Banks heel turn. Bayley will be leaving Wrestlemania 33 as the New RAW Women's Champion. The next night on RAW Bayley will have a championship celebration only to be interrupted by her best friend Sasha Banks. I expect Sasha to be jealous that Bayley did something she couldn't do on the biggest PPV stage of them all.
Your booking is most likely how the WWE will tell this story...but like I've
just explained...the entire RAW women's division is pretty weak outside
of the 3 Horsewomen.
