Raw preview, Oct. 3, 2016: The Boss challenges "The Queen" in City of Angels showdown

Live in Los Angeles, Sasha Banks gets her one-on-one rematch with Charlotte for the Raw Women’s Championship. Will The Boss make Team Red’s self-professed “Queen” bow down to her? Plus, “The Ranch” stars Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson guest-star on what’s sure to be a blockbuster Monday night.

Sasha Banks challenges Charlotte one-on-one

Charlotte might have come away from WWE Clash of Champions with the Raw Women’s Title, but she didn’t pin Sasha Banks that night. As such, Team Red’s self-appointed royalty has agreed to honor The Boss’ demand for a one-on-one rematch, if only to silence Banks and all of her passionate followers in the WWE Universe once and for all.

After a verbal joust with Charlotte last Monday night, Sasha slapped the champion across the face, hit Dana Brooke with a Bank Statement, and sent both protégé and mentor tumbling out of the ring in a stunning show of dominance. Will The Boss live up to her promise to emerge as the “face” of Raw’s Women’s division this Monday in Los Angeles?

Will Seth Rollins continue to defy Raw General Manager Mick Foley?

Raw has a long tradition of Superstars bucking authority. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Dean Ambrose, John Cena, Roman Reigns, The Rock and even current Raw General Manager Mick Foley have challenged the status quo when their backs were up against the wall. And yet, that doesn’t mean The Hardcore Legend will stand for Seth Rollins’ continued refusal to heed his directives.

This past Monday night, after sustaining bruised ribs at the hand of WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens at WWE Clash of Champions, The Architect attempted to confront The Prizefighter — an act that blatantly went against Foley’s orders. Although it’s unclear as to whether Rollins will be medically cleared Monday night in the City of Angels, he will undoubtedly attempt to get his hands on Owens once again. If that’s the case, Foley might be pushed too far, and the consequences for “The Man” could be severe.

Cesaro & Sheamus continue their tag team quest

Well, we didn’t see that coming. After Match No. 7 in Cesaro and Sheamus’ Best of Seven Series ended in a no contest at WWE Clash of Champions, Raw General Manager Mick Foley decreed that both Superstars would receive a Raw Tag Team Title opportunity for their impressive show of physical dominance, forcing two of Team Red’s most aggressive and competitive Superstars to put aside their many, many differences to work toward a common goal.

The experiment has been successful thus far, more or less; The Swiss Superman and The Celtic Warrior defeated two local competitors this past Monday night, despite going together like peanut butter and sauerkraut. Clearly, their team-building skills could use more work if they have any chance of ending The New Day’s historic Raw Tag Team Title reign.

Can Brian Kendrick put himself in line for another WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match?

Although WWE veteran Brian Kendrick claims that the WWE Cruiserweight Championship was resurrected just for him, the prize eluded him at WWE Clash of Champions, where T.J. Perkins ultimately turned back the bitter “Wizard of Odd” in a grueling back-and-forth contest.

Kendrick has been even more disrespectful toward the titleholder than usual since that night, and will do whatever it takes to climb to the top of Raw’s Cruiserweight division. The self-professed “Wrestling Yoda” will look to get one step closer to that goal when he goes head-to-head with Perkins Monday night at the Los Angeles’ STAPLES Center. Can he put himself in line for another title opportunity?

Will Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson top “The List of Jericho”?
screengrabber_84_845964--5b9b10cf4b72dbe6b1bfa0e459192bc6.jpg

After foolishly mocking “That ‘70s Show” stars and real-life best pals Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson, Chris Jericho will get a massive blast from the past when both actors — fresh off the set of their Netflix series “The Ranch” — head to Raw with plans to confront “The Best in the World at What He Does.”

This isn’t Kutcher’s first rodeo on Team Red, having memorably served as a Raw guest star back in 2010, so he definitely knows how to handle himself against the likes of Jericho and his “best friend,” WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens. Jeri-KO might be the ones feeling like “stupid idiots” Monday night when Kutcher and Masterson pay them a visit.

Don’t miss Raw at 8/7 C on USA Network, and be sure to watch Raw Pre-Show at 7:30 ET on all of WWE’s digital platforms.

Nothing really seems like Killer to me... Mostly Filler

You're probably right.

Looking forward to seeing what Rollins does, Cruiserweights, the Sheasaro (get it?) stuff and of course, the list of Jericho featuring Kutcher and Masterson.

The Women's title match being the main event leads me to believe that something big is happening
