No, they didn't break a "rule" for Brock Lesnar. If they "can't" do blood, they wouldn't have. WWE has done several blood angles in the last year. WWE has stopped caring. And no said coincidence. They all happened due to safety concerns, WWE marketing towards sponsors, and Linda's campaigns. But WWE can do blood on PAY_PER_VIEW and sill remain PG on USA.

It does have to do with pg though. Just cause they do it once in a blue moon doesn't mean it's not part of PG. yeah they break PG once in a while... Great. Back when it was TV-14, they used blood in almost every major angle at some point.
