It's supposed to be a series of trades. In theory, SmackDown will get the same amount of people in-return for which they traded, but I doubt they will get that.

The idea is that both sides are negotiating. Angle and Bryan, at least.

smackdown probably getting half the picks, because of raw needs more talent because of 3 hours. Same BS reason they used in the first draft
