I am one of the biggest NOES fans though, I literally enjoyed pretty much every sequel. So yeah, I'm never going to turn down another movie with Robert Englund.

They should've stopped after Wes Craven's New Nightmare tbh.

Bruce Cambell retired Ash because his knees couldn't handle the role, playing Freddy Kruger is just as physically demanding, not to mention the make up process it takes.

I just think the past should just stay in the past and let's come up with new things.

It's not even just about being a fan of the Franchise in Nightmare on Elm Street for me I trust Blumhouse to give us a great product if they get the rights. I still think theirs plenty of new ideas you can tell today. Crossing my fingers they get the rights!

Yeah Blumhouse got a pretty awesome library for the most part. Definitely been some I've not enjoyed, but I'd say the vast majority were really great horror movies.

Pretty cool to hear this news. She wasn't used in the 84 Film right so using her Character and her importance to the Story makes the next Film potentially even better. Pugh as a older Alia is my guess right now but I might be wrong with that.

Pugh is playing from what I've researched Princess Irulan and I wonder how deep they will get into her Character going forward.

Not surprised she's getting casted in everything. Like the range of emotions she displayed in Midsommar is some of the best acting I've ever seen.

Incredible actress really. I enjoyed her a lot in Hawkeye too.
