Is there any way of 'blocking' new posts from certain areas of the forum from popping up in your 'new posts' screen?

I mean (and as stupid as some of you will think I am for saying this!) I don't really want posts from the nudes sections coming up.

If not, I'll just have to continue sifting through the barrage of rubbish before finding proper threads...
