Triple H, no hesitation at all, the guy dominated as World Champion and was involved in some amazing matches. I do like Randy Savage, but his title runs don't hold a candle to Triple H's, and believe me I'm not the hugest fan but you can't deny the man had some great runs as World Champion and is all around a good wrestler.
