That's a tough one. I'm not sure there's a list available for GBA S5, all I know is that Greninja and Landorus-I are somehow allowed lol.

I believe there is no list, but non protean greninja is allowed, not sure about Lando tho...
I might just go by normal Smogon, and add Greninja and Lando to OU. Mega Metagross, Blaziken, Mawile, Kangaskhan and some others whih I cant remember off the top of my head are banned. I'll look into that soon.
