I like the text, size, and what you were going for. I think the BG was not incorporated right with the 2 Renders, blending wise and abit random from a theme. So the only problem I see is the execution. 8/10.

I pretty much agree with exc.on, i think you should also sharpen up the psd. They look to soft compared to the grungy background and text.
