Stick with him. Give him the rest of the season and the summer to turn it around and have next season as his make or break. It is ridiculous how many managers are sacked so soon when the biggest example of "loyalty-prevails" is staring at them right in the face with the most successful English club in history (Manchester United. Give him some resources in the summer and let him build a team to challenge. If -- with the right resources and no excuses -- he then fails I could understand the backlash. For now though, stability will always be key.

My thoughts as well, I think people are worrying because they fear if we don't go up this year we won't for a long time, and while I understand that I can't see how changing the manager would change that, Mogga knows the players, they respect him and the majority of fans worship him, not that many managers out there would all of that with us, if we don't get PO this season and look to be missing out again next year then maybe it is time, but atm no one else would do anything different. If he does go though I pray to God that he walks, I don't think I could handle it if one of my heroes was sacked by another one of my heroes.

Boro just beat Leeds to get our first win, and points if the year, f*** off you dirty Mowbray haters, him and his nose will keep us in the PO.

5 games left and im worried for boro we need to forget the play offs and ensure we stay up that gap is getting smaller and smaller and they say the prem is unpredictable try and follow a championship team
