NXT rookie diva heading to Smackdown?

Former NXT Rookie Diva, Naomi could be getting a call up to the SmackDown brand.

Naomi is listed for the December 30th blue brand house show at the IZOD Center in New Jersey on the arena’s official website.

The arena lists Naomi teaming with Layla against Natalya and Beth Phoenix.

Perhaps Laycool getting a new partner? I think it would be interesting to see if it were to happen.

Long as SD creative don't pull some Kaval bs with her this is cool. Her with Laycool would be different tho idk how that would work. Rather she just be a face.

I actually like that. Have Naomi as Laycool's enforcer and answer to Natalya's Beth Phoenix.

I never really paid that much attention to NXT3 (I only watched ftlulz), but she's not big enough to be an enforcer to match someone like Beth, is she? Like I said, I didn't pay much attention, so I could be wrong.

I'd much rather her as a heel. I didn't find her at all interesting as a face. AJ needs to come back as a face though.

To be honest, they don't need an enforcer that is psychically imposing just a 3rd girl to stack the deck in their favor. Beth and especially Natalya aren't billed as being able to completely impose their physical wills on McCool as much as they are on Layla (they play up that she is faster on commentary). So, Naomi or even Maxine as a 3rd girl might actually work.
