Pretty fun show, Oney and Lio was the highlight imo.

WWE NXT NXT 2.05 Live Discussion Thread

WWE 205 Live to broadcast from Full Sail University
WWE 205 Live will emanate from the NXT Arena at Full Sail University on Friday, Nov. 8, 2019.
This definitely makes it easier for NXT guys to appear on both shows since it's basically becoming NXT's B show
So the first week of WWE NXT 205 Live at Full Sail was odd. On one hand the matches were fun and the crowd made them a lot better, but on the other hand, (I'm hoping this is just bc the decision to tape it at Full Sail was kinda last minute this week) they fuckin' showed a full match from two days prior on NXT 
I mean I was cool with watching Garza/Nese again but I'm pretty sure 205 has a 100% crossover rate with viewers also watching NXT, so I'm unsure why they'd show the match in full unless they were just really struggling to fill the hour since they only had two matches booked. Also not a fan of them not changing the ropes or turnbuckle pads...mostly bc I think the purple aesthetic looks cool for 205. I hope we don't get this version of 205 in the future if it continues to be taped at Full Sail bc it'd be a same to sacrifice a whole match for better crowd reactions.

This episode kinda sucked tbh. Gallagher/Garza was nice while it lasted but the ending felt pretty flat to me. Also Aiden being super forced as a heel on commentary when he's normally face makes sense I guess since Gallagher confronted him after, but then Aiden was right back to shitting on the Singhs next segment so I guess Jack scared him back to being a face 
The 24/7 segment was trash and even got "this is awful" chants from the crowd
Main event was fine, just didn't really do anything for me. Predictable win for the faces. Just not a lot happening on this show anymore with it being NXT's b show now and most of the Cruiswerweight title stuff happening on Wednesdays. But that still leaves the door open for them to have some fire matches with lesser guys instead of 24/7 shit like this show.

He & nese wrestled Thorne & roman cuz nese had Thorne in a body scissors and he said tony is really good at scissoring crowd any myself dubbed Nese "Scissor King"
Real solid episode of 205, really fun entertaining stuff from The Singhs to open the show and that main event was super good.

Singh's segment showed me that this company knows jack shit about hockey.....and the Singh's should've known what would get them actual heat.

I still liked the heat segment but I feel like they went way too safe for it probably bc they were scared of getting dat actual hockey heat
