Idk all I know is the Ravens missing the playoffs kind of killed things for me lol.

But anyways watching First take today and it got suggested by Skip and Steven A that Dallas should just go away and cut Demarcus Ware. I wouldn't go that far but I would try and trade him and see what you could get back.

Carolina in the playoffs was awesome... but then they lost and I was like grrrrr...

Hoping for Seattle to win and they did. Now just waiting for the draft hoping that Carolina drafts a WR this year cause we are in desperate need another guy to throw to besides Steve Smith. I mean yeah Greg Olsen but... we just need some real options.

And I'm so sick and tired of hearing about Michael Sam. Just sick.

It has calmed down some now as far as Sam goes but it will pick up for sure during the combine. While good for him about coming out I do hate the fact that it can make you go from someone we wouldn't even be talking much about to damn near a celebrity.

That's my problem with it. Cause he is actually pretty good. But he wouldn't get all this press cause he was just pretty good. But since he came out... he gettin the full superstar treatment. And its like... what about all the other guys that are pretty good or even better than him in the same position? What do they get? Nothing because they are straight.

Crooked double standard.

It might balance itself all out cause no matter how PC some players try to act he will for sure get picked on for being gay at least once which is going to be a shame but I'm pretty sure it is going to happen. There is no way the 1st ever openly gay NFL player isn't going to cause some sort of stir in the locker room esp with how homophobic some guys will act.

Yeah definitely. But depending on what team it is... Like if its the Jets that wind up with him... mannnnn that is just going to be media frenzy every week cause that's all the Jets live for. Whereas if it was a team like the Patriots then he'd be treated like just another player.

So hopefully he'll wind up at a team with some control that way no matter what it won't be blown way out of proportion.

I really don't even know what to say about it besides that I'm not really gonna have any full thoughts on it until it plays out and hope its not as bad as it looks cause it looks fucked up and stupid.

lmao Rice even kicks her forward with his foot while she's laying on the floor. So fucked up.

And for the record, I was saying the Cowboys should have traded Demarcus Ware last season and everyone thought I was crazy. Now it looks like we'll have to flat out release him. Every team knows he's nothing more than a salary cap danger, so the offers we'll get for him now won't be near what he's actually worth. Looks like he'll be the first casualty of the Romo contract era.

Yeah you pretty much seemed to be on to something with that and they probably should have if it is going to come to releasing him. Still wondering what the fuck they were thinking overpaying their kicker though while having cap issues. One of the dumber things I've ever seen.

Bailey is money. But if you had paid close attention to the pieces of shit kickers we had before him for the past 10 years, that might have been a reason.

Kickers have cost us more wins than Romo the last few years.

Michael Sam: "I want to be known as a football player."

No you don't. You want to be known as a GAY football player. Obviously.

On one hand I get him coming out because apparently some people in the NFL already knew so it is best not to come off as you're trying to hide something even though it shouldn't be anyone's business. Same time however I'm pretty sure he is very aware of the celebrity this brings upon him and is forever going to be known as the first ever openly gay NFL player no matter how his career goes.

Seems like you want to make sure everyone knows he's gay so you can say it's dumb more than he wants to be known as gay.
