It was announced on tonight's WWE NXT "Takeover: San Antonio" pre-show that Corey Graves will be stepping away from NXT commentary. His replacement is Nigel McGuinness.

Sad to see Corey go, but Nigel is an amazing announcer in his own right.

I'm a fan of Graves but I felt like he was being overexposed on Mondays, Tuesdays(I think? Not sure who calls 205) and Wednesday

Plus Nigel is awesome so it'll be great hearing him make calls

Yeah it was probably a measure to stop stretching him out on almost all of WWE's main programming.

This is great news. Nigel has always belonged in WWE and no better way to cut his chops than with NXT.
