Not even Velvet? She's the only knockout I find to be head-to-toe gorgeous. Beyond her, I share your sentiment in that the remaining knockouts are not really hot.
I can also say that outside of Layla, I don't feel the Divas are hot either.

Whoa slow down. How are none of the divas or knockouts hot and how are the knockouts talentless? Velvet Sky and Mickie James are insanely hot. And while Kelly Kelly is talentless, she's insanely hot. Beth Phoenix Natalya and Layla can all wrestle as can most of the knockouts. I understand that women's wrestling is at a low point but your going way overboard.

Kelly Kelly isn't insanely hot. Insanely overrated in the hots department is more like it.
For me, Mickey is cute at best, which isn't a bad thing really. Madison though is a butter face.

Kelly's just a generic blonde with dead eyes (still would), I'd agree that Madison isn't that hot but to say most of them aren't attractive is kinda weird.

No, not really.
I've yet to see a picture of Kelly Kelly where she didn't have significant puffs under her eyes (which is incredibly unattractive), and without makeup, she's hideous. Madison's smile is all top teeth and gums, a very undefined face with no cheek bones, and the way she wears her makeup exaggerates the fact that one of her eyes is larger than the other. These things subtract from their supposed hotness for me.

Well, ODB is still there. So maybe not. But she is so unattractive, its ridiculous. Sorry.
Oh and I was in love with Angelina back in 2009 but since she returned last year and lost a ton of weight, she's meant nothing to me. So no loss here.
