He's a warrior no doubt, but he has to make that layup. If your on the court, your healthy as Doc would say, he hits that layup and this series is 2-2

Pretty awesome how Westbrook yelled for the ball and just went straight in for the layup with no intent to pass and made it.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Paul Pierce had the worst last possession of regulation. That was pathetic.

Stand and hold ball for 20 seconds, settle for fall away 25 footer at buzzer.

Bynum's suspension is 5 games w/o pay and the league also tacked on a $25,000 fine for removing his jersey - it will cost him $702,272.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Was just about to post that while hearing it on TNT. Hell of a fine and tbh should have got 5 more games of not playing. That shit was just horrible. Also heard that NOW he wants to apologize

He apologized during the exit interviews and said he talked about the situation and what was wrong with it, and wanted to apologize now.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Oprah Winfrey has more power than commissioner David Stern. The queen of daytime talk has forced the NBA to change its upcoming playoff schedule. The MIAMI HERALD reports that should the Bulls and Heat win their series in six games or fewer, they’ll have to change the schedule because of Oprah.

The NBA informed a few involved parties before Tuesday’s Bulls game that if the Heat and Chicago win their series in six games or fewer, Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals would need to be moved from Monday to Sunday night because the United Center likely is unavailable Monday to allow Oprah Winfrey’s crew to set up for the taping of one of her final shows. If the Heat or Bulls series go seven games, Game 1 of the Eastern finals would be Wednesday.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

Kobe out right said Bynum by name, needs to fall in line and accept that Pau is the 2nd guy in the exit interview. Damn.

Re: NBA Regular Season Discussion Thread

C's just were too broke down to beat Miami I guess. I hate it but looks like the Heat are really gonna get to the finals as idk how much D.Rose can keep carrying the Bulls (as I expect them to win their series)
