Macvan was an automatic-eligible selection. Meaning he was 22 years old and automatically open to be drafted.

So you can get annoyed, certainly, but it's not like these foreign guys are begging to get drafted. It's teams wanting to get the rights to someone who could be the next Ginobili (best best best best best case scenario).

He was on the same team as Trey, Ebanks, and Caracter this year so LA saw something. The D-Fenders will be back this season so LA's rooks will play in Staples and train at the LA facility in El Segundo, so they can monitor them

Orlando drafted Fran Vazquez (Best C in Europe) 11th overall in '05 draft over guys like Granger and Lee and hasn't and won't come over, so I agree. He was a free agent this summer, but just re-signed the other day in Europe.

11th overall what a waste smh. I mean you every now and then will get some gems international players but this these last few picks were perfect examples of these teams just forfeiting their picks without actually doing it pickings these international players that no one knows of or even how to say their names. They need to bring back the high schoolers.
