Most languages have a derivative of all names from other languages for the most part. Not just Alexander but yes. Probably one of the more commons for sure. My point was that she was changing her name without changing her name lol.

Fun fact, during Roman Emperor Justinian's reign, the Persian Shah ,Khosrau Anushirawan, destroyed and captured the citizens of Antioch.
