If they plan on doing a Scream 8 with a new cast, they should do what they did in Scream 5 and kill a Legacy character.

They’d never kill Syndey, so realistically if Gale and/or Kirby are in Scream 7, one(maybe both) gotta go

As long as Kirby survives 7, I feel she’d be great for a 8 kill, though, how many can Gale survive at this point?

They got me in the last one, I’ll admit it. Cause I thought Gale was a goner heading into the movie. Then they got to the scene in her apartment and I was like “RIP”

Honestly, Gale dying in 7 in the opening kill would probably be the most logical way to get Sidney to interact with Ghostface again. I wouldn’t string it along like they did with Dewey. Open with it and then have Sid and Kirby lead the charge.

You could probably not even make a new teen cast this time as the killer should be personal to both Sid and Kirby. And I’d bring back McDreamy from 3.

Part of me thinks they got us in 6 is because she might have died in the script and changed it when Neve didn’t return. Couldn’t lose all the OGs at once.

String disagree for the reasons I stated.

The great thing is if you’re not interested yoh don’t have to personally watch, but it like with Fast sequels. If they still make money, people are still seeing them. It’s not really any different from a tv show that runs 15 seasons, in my opinion.
