making a card game only to find out a couple exist in ALPHA . Should I continue or fold my hand?

So I did no research into whether there were existing card games before I started it. I have a working set of cards, and the game also uses dice. I came up with the ratings and abilities myself. I researched the moves. I've yet to draft rules and have only played a few hands. The mechanics need work. I don't want to fold my hand on this idea. There are three card types. Obviously with wrestler cards being one of them. Any help or feedback would be appreciated. I'm assuming the fact there are multiple card games means no exclusive license. This game is intended to start out small for fun but I don't want wrestlers getting their rage on my about their ratings. It uses tokens. Really any help or feedback at this point would be super cool. If you read all this, thank you. I'm making some tweaks and deciding whether to make a BETA.

game features 24 abilities; brutality, grappler, outlast, toughness, destroyer, brawler, competitor, environmental offence, wrestle, charisma, strength, striker, aerials, luchador, aggressive, mean streak, agility, submissions, berserk, speed, intimidate, wily, mma, diversion.

i.e.

Brutal Strike
(brutality)

use POWER check
when ATTACKING
each subsequent blow
dealt this way
deals +1 damage

Do you have any visuals drawn up yet for the cards? I have a hard time understanding this kinds of games without seeing the physical cards.

they are like credit card sized and the moves say whether a specific talent score is used
or you get to pick which one to use to defend or damage.

generally scores are between 5 to 9 not making it super complicated

I don't mean printed cards, just doodles. I used to make board games for fun but it helps to get an understanding when you see pictures of the cards.
