Roman Reigns returns with a purpose​

Since the night after WrestleMania, Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has been away from the WWE Universe, perhaps enjoying his monumental victory against Cody Rhodes at The Showcase of the Immortals.

Since then, The Bloodline has floundered, with The Usos losing their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Title rematch against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn and the group not solving the Matt Riddle problem.

Now with The Head of the Table returning, he may need to prove to his Bloodline brethren that no one is above the table.

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defend their Women’s Tag Team Titles against Damage CTRL​

Next Friday, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles will be on the line as Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defend against Bayley and Dakota Kai of Damage CTRL.

This past Monday, Damage CTRL were able to get a non-title victory over Morgan and Rodriguez, setting up this chance for gold.

Damage CTRL has not been a cohesive unit as of late, with IYO SKY demanding she be the one to receive a Raw Women’s Title chance against Bianca Belair instead of Bayley. With Bayley’s leadership under question and the lack of gold Damage CTRL has had around their waists, the waters are murky for the group that took over Raw last year.

Can Damage CTRL return to lofty heights, or will Morgan and Rodriguez send them crumbling back down to Earth?

Edge, Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles collide in chance for another taste at World Championship gold​

The World Heavyweight Championship Tournament started this past Monday night with a bang as Seth “Freakin” Rollins emerged from two brutal matches to be the first confirmed contender for the new title at WWE Night of Champions.

This Friday, the chance to face The Visionary to become world champion is up for grabs with two Triple Threat Matches with the winners going on to face each other in the main event.

Edge, Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles are no stranger to being world champions. Combined, the trio have won 16 world titles in WWE, with The Rated R-Superstar boasting 11 world championships.

The history among all three men is one for the record books with The Rated R-Superstar and The Master of the 619 holding tag gold together whilst also battling each other on many memorable occasions. Edge and Styles settled their issues recently with a pair of unforgettable matches last year at WrestleMania 38 and WrestleMania Backlash. Mysterio and Styles have also clashed in the past for the United States Title. The three Superstars, however, have never shared a ring together.

With the stage set for a star-studded Triple Threat Match, who will emerge to face the winner of the other Triple Threat Match between Bobby Lashley, Sheamus and Austin Theory?

Sheamus vs. Bobby Lashley vs. Austin Theory to battle it out in World Heavyweight Title Tournament​

This Friday, Sheamus, Bobby Lashley and United States Champion Austin Theory will throw down in a Triple Threat Match when the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament roars into SmackDown.

The winner of this match will go on to face the winner of Friday's other Triple Threat Match featuring Edge, Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles on the same night.

On Monday's Raw, Seth "Freakin" Rollins reigned supreme in a turbulent Triple Threat Match against Damian Priest and Shinsuke Nakamura. He then went on to overcome a very game Finn Bálor to earn his right to battle for the World Heavyweight Title, LIVE from from Jeddah Superdome on May 27.

Who will go head-to-head with The Visionary in the showdown to crown the new World Heavyweight Champion at WWE Night of Champions?​

Feels like over kill while at the same time that the result will be underwhelming. Also aren't all three faces at the moment? Two without active feuds? (assuming no judgement day(which would then be like who would they actually attack). So it'll be a clean finish I think then it'd have to be Rey as he's the hottest of the three at the moment.

The other match I'd prefer Sheamus but I'm sure it'll probably be Lashley and I just don't want that.
