Saturday’s WWE Royal Rumble Premium Live Event from The Dome at America’s Center was reportedly a big-time draw for St. Louis, according to the local NBC affiliate.

The Explore St. Louis organization reports that the WWE Royal Rumble had a local economic impact of $8.3 million in revenue “supporting the jobs of thousands of hospitality professionals throughout the region.”

It was noted that The Rumble also generated 11,000 hotel room stays in the area.

Wrestlemania not going to be the only show that gets bids from cities soon.

Idk if I'm ready for a Riddle main event push yet. Maybe next year. I really think Big E was the best choice to win this year

So as much as I have said I don’t like the fact that they’re bringing up Shield stuff 8 years later, I still love Roman’s line after the DQ.

Charles Robinson says to Roman: “You have to let go!”

Roman says: “He won’t let me let go!”

As much as I think this part of the angle was moronic, especially considering it seems like they’re not building towards anything, I love that line

No. In fact, BUILD someone LIKE them. I listed the replacements.
Here's the perfect video to empathize what I've been saying in this thread...

More on the Shane McMahon - Randy Orton Story from the WWE Royal Rumble

renderTimingPixel.png

Per FightFul select:
In an update, Fightful Select has clarified that Orton was supposed to be #28 and was ready to walk through the curtain when Shane’s music hit. A shocked Shane headed towards the curtain and expressed his displeasure when Orton sent him a “verbal cue” that he would not be going out.
Word now is that the verbal cue was Orton immediately bursting into laughter at the error, to the point where he fell on the ground laughing at the situation, “literally rolling on the floor, laughing his ass off.”

wtf :heston

I know Brock was the plan but Orton not being in the last 2 in his hometown was a huge misplay

Much nicer than Rousey's punches. I swear when Rousey punches they look so bad. I thought that the little slaps that The Rock used to do were bad until I saw Rousey's punching.
Maybe it's just me, but it looked to me like she was holding back. Like if she was actually overly cautious not to throw an actual blow.
