Dakota and Io should of never got the womens tag titles because putting the RAW womens title on Bayley is the first priority, she is the leader of the group and the leader of the faction wins the title first then put tag belts on the lackeys.

Bayley is the tag team champions here, Dakota and Io are just carrying her bags including Bayley's tag team titles as Bayley carries their deadweight.
