Oh yes! Bye bye France, they have to hope the Mexico match isn't a draw and still get a better goal difference. I predict a conspiricy here, you think Mexico and Uraguay are gonna fix the draw?

The only Frenchies I feel sorry for are Lloris and Gourcuff. The cheating bastards deserve it though.

roflllllll @ France. Hey Henrym, use your hand of god now.

Good god Argentina are brilliant. Tevez and Messi just combine so beautifully. These guys are looking like the best team in the tournament thus far by quite some distance.

Agreed, Argentina are playing great, Tevez and Messi are awesome and that guy who got the hatrick was quite awesome too, Gonzalo someone, they've looked the best thus far.

New Zealand Vs Italy in a couple days I think, if we somehow manage to pull out a draw I'll be extremely happy and I will laugh in the face of Carlos :D

So pissed that Spain lost btw.

Re: Official Soccer (Football) Discussion Thread

NZ have every chance against Italy of a draw. Italy play a fairly defensive game, where if NZ can apply enough pressure, they just might cough it up. Plus without Gigi, they're a bit exposed in the keeping side of things.
