I think it’s a case of Superhero fatigue. The genre is being pimped out so much.

Do I think they peaked at Endgame? Potentially.

But I enjoyed WandaVision, Loki Season 1(Haven’t checked out Season 2 yet) wasn’t a huge fan of Moon Knight, was meh on Hawkeye, meh on Ms. Marvel.

But you gotta temper expectations when trying to set a brand new arc. The beginning isn’t always gonna be easy

I do think it's actually FINALLY superhero fatigue, it's just funny bc everyone has been saying that's a thing since Phase 1 Avengers in 2012

Also just like wrestling, people don't understand you don't actually have to watch everything. They know a fraction of movie watchers will be watching the TV shows....so they catch you up on what happened in the movies anyway lmao

I hated secret invasion honestly. I judge projects not based on previous projects but based on how good they are now. I hate the “oh well it’s not as good as Endgame” excuse but that doesn’t also mean that some shows can’t be just plain bad and I thought secret invasion was just plain bad :lol

that being said I LOVED Ms Marvel so everyone has their own taste.

Every actor in Hollywood has supposedly been attached to this movie at this point. I’m not believing anything until marvel announces it

That tweet is a lie, Pedro is only being eyed for the role at this point thank goodness.

Also Them Marvels got the worst box office kickoff of the MCU, even The Incredible Hulk did better.

Doesn’t surprise me. The marketing campaign was horrible and gave fans no reason to see it.

I honestly didn't know it was coming out until like 3 days before. I just happen to look to see what movies were playing saturday and it was on there so i went with my friend.

If I can be Storm Trooper for a Minute
The real issue is the strike. There was no promotion from the actors for the film until right when it came out if that.

Also the past few Marvel Studios movies have been letdowns so people are apt to not spend another $20 to see the next one. They'll wait 3 months and watch it on Disney+

This movie was dead on arrival, the strike didn't help, but this was never going to be successful. They had it re-shot and postponed for three years. People usually don't like the main actress as she comes off very self-absorbed in her interviews so they added two other main characters that most casuals haven't heard of because they didn't watch their series, especially the young one.

I mean, they had to promote it showing cats for a couple of hours on a live stream
