Remember watching this at the time and jumping around like crazy thinking Sting and Macho had won the belts, only to be pissed seconds later:mickie2: Really enjoyable match anyway. Two great teams.

Forgettable number one contender's match. Steiner was washed up and broken down. Jericho does his best was treated as jobber. **

Bad idea, and a boring match. Did little for either guy, though the finish was neat. King's put down of people from Henry's town was funny too. **

Scotty Too Hotty VS. X-Pac - Raw is War July 9, 2001

Not a bad match for what it is, but its pretty rushed and nothing stands out from it. **

NWA World Title The Great Muta (C) VS. Barry Windham - Superbrawl III

Not their best ever match. But I thought it was solid, and told a decent story. A nice mix of sound mat wrestling and crisp high spots. It added something to it having Flair at ringside too. ***

Pretty tame match. These two just had no spark. Finish was cheap too, but guess it was to protect both guys. Does anyone remember if Sid had a face run in WCW after this? The finish suggest they heading that way.
