I just had some homeade nachos, I guess. It's the only name I could come up with for it.

So I got chili on the stove. Gotta make sure to put some hot sauce in it cause we out here like spicy. While that's cooking I get a few crispy tostadas and break them up into chips. I take the chili off the stove and pour it on the tostadas and then sprinkle some shredded cheese on it. Mexican cheese. We don't fuck with the sharp cheddar nonsense.

Oh, I layer it too. You have to. Split the tostadas, leave half on the plate, pour the chili, sprinkle the cheese, then add the rest of the tostadas and repeat.

We eating good on this late Sunday night.

Had a green tea followed by a bowl of white rice with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and salt on top.
