Am I reading too much into this.. Is it coincidence that the WWE briefcase match has all faces and the WHC match has all heels?
Either that or they have plans to turn one or more heel/face?

It's being done to give both matches a unique trait about them. Similar to the main MITB match of last year requiring that all participants be former WWE Champions.

I doubt anyone is turning face or heel during the course of either match. How exactly does one switch their face/heel alignment in a ladder match where everyone is pitted against each other anyway?
