I would split a very healthy donation between the Breast Cancer Association and the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation... these are the 2 diseases that have caused me the most hurt in my life and I would rather not have anyone else have to go through the same thing.

Actually, if you had THAT much money, you could just hire your own team to study the issues and search for cures.
As much as I hate to say this, while these foundations do make people more aware, I feel like a good percentage of them are not for the greater cause/good anymore and that is a shame.

1985.. I was 8-9 years old and it was, in my opinion, the best decade in history thus far. I remember spending a lot of time together as a family, lots of happy moments.. a few years later my parents were divorced. So, the time we were able to spend together as a complete family, along with all the pop culture of that era makes this the best year that I remember.

Overall, John F Kennedy.. if he had not been assassinated I believe the world would be much different today, for the better.

Favorite president of my lifetime.. definitely Barack Obama, I also believe Obama is the second best president of all time behind JFK.
